David C. Olcott
David C. Olcott is founder, president and CEO of Samurai Success, Inc., an international executive, organizational and personal coaching firm headquartered in Denver, CO.
Throughout his more than 20 years of professional coaching experience, David has worked with numerous individuals, organizations and companies throughout the United States and Hong Kong.
His coaching focuses on developing strategies and structures that provide for sustainable growth and productivity. Even during the direst of economic times such as in the aftermath of 9/11 and in the recent economic crisis, Samurai Success clientele have enjoyed record growth by following his proven methods of success.

David is also a nationally known motivational speaker and lecturer. His dynamic and positive approach energizes audiences to move from being a worrier to blossoming into a warrior. During many of his presentations, he has motivated people without any martial arts training to join him on stage and smash boards with their bare hands.
Prior to founding Samurai Success, David was a #1 national trainer for Anthony Robbins and was the business manager to the #1 selling real estate agent in the world. David has also enjoyed a distinguished career in the world of public service.
He served as the chief of staff for a member of the Florida State Senate and served as the campaign manager and legislative aide to the youngest woman ever elected to the Florida House of Representatives.
David is master certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and has earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Florida International University. He has trained in the martial arts for more than 15 years and holds a second-degree black belt in Aikido. David is also an accomplished motorcycle racer who has competed against top-level racers throughout Colorado.
David has been a guest on several radio shows and is the author of the soon-to-be-released book, Swords of Illumination.
David is married to Dr. Lorena Lavarne and they have one son, Josh. The family spends their time in both Denver, CO and Sarasota, FL.
Paul Lirette is the Executive Director and Executive Coach for Samurai Success, Inc., an international executive, organizational and personal coaching firm headquartered in Denver, CO.
He is based out of the company's Henderson, NV offices.
Paul's career has blended leadership roles in the business world with an extensive performing arts background. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in areas such as political relations, marketing, human resources and publicity.
Along the way, he has effectively managed and directed hundreds of projects and programs that have reached and exceeded expectations, whether it was the launch of a new television show or successfully navigating a winning political campaign.
He has also developed and presented numerous innovative training and seminar programs that have improved team performance.
His coaching with Samurai Success' clientele has led them to enjoy extraordinary growth and profitability, even during difficult economic times. Following Samurai Success' formula of focusing on people and processes, companies under his coaching have embraced putting ideas into tangible and sustainable action.
These efforts have proven fruitful beyond initial expectations. In addition, Paul has developed and supervised several Samurai Success programs such as the IMPROVication seminars and the Samurai Master Mind Group.
Prior to joining Samurai Success in 2007, Paul served as the operations manager for the Disney ABC Television Group's media relations department. His tenure there was during an explosive period of growth that saw the launch of such high profile projects such as High School Musical and Hanna Montana. He has also served a chief legislative aide in the Florida House of Representatives and was the legislative coordinator for the United Teachers of Dade.
Paul received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Florida International University and is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. He is also a graduate of the famed Second City Improv Conservatory and Writing Conservatory and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild. He has performed in more than 25 theatrical stage productions and appeared in several TV shows and films including "Days of Our Lives," "Holy Man," and There's Something About Mary."
He currently resides in Henderson, NV. In his free time, he is the director of the Las Vegas Improvisation Players comedy troupe.
