Julie Seltz
Julie Seltz is passionate about meaningful impact and people-centric solutions. She is a seasoned executive and coach with a proven track record of scaling, operational efficiency, and strategically maximizing resources.
The foundation of Julie’s business acumen was honed around the dinner table discussing the family coffee business. While in college, Julie would oversee the business while her parents went on coffee-buying trips around the world. She supported the business as an employee, manager, and eventually an advisor as her parents sold the business before COVID.
Julie has worked in corporate, small business, nonprofit, and consulting with companies like OppenheimerFunds, Walmart, Charles Schwab Foundation, Prosono, and American Diabetes Association, focusing on the intersection of business strategy and social impact.
As an Executive Director, Julie was responsible for bringing PCs for People to Colorado, an existing model in Minnesota. The social enterprise recycles corporate and government computer equipment, strips the data, reformats and distributes the computer and internet access to historically marginalized populations and nonprofits. While writing the playbook for expansion, hiring the team, and securing the equipment, Julie was driving forklifts and box trucks across the state. PCs for People just celebrated their 8th national expansion.
Currently, Julie coaches entrepreneurs who want to move from being self-employed to business owners, able to leave their business for 3 months without sacrificing quality or profitability.
Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Wyoming in Business Administration, and has served on the board and volunteered with many nonprofits including Junior League of Denver, Denver Kids, Minds Matter and SAME Cafe. She has participated in the Denver Metro Chamber’s Leadership Denver, Downtown Denver Leadership Program, and Junior League’s Leadership Institute, and was named 40 under 40 in the Denver Business Journal.
In her free time, Julie and her husband enjoy time with their two vibrant daughters and Bernedoodle dog.
